Just a few days ago, Triumph unveiled their new version of the Tiger Sport. The engine, known from the Speed Triple, with its three cylinders and 1050 cubic centimeters produces 125 bhp. Looking at the sport version of the Tiger, it reminds us of the Yamaha MT-09 Tracer (see the article) which we tested last year. Same problem - we cannot decide whether it is a sport or a touring bike.

As mentioned, the engine comes from a Speed Triple - but is a bit optimized. Every cylinder gets 350 cubic centimeters and the overall power output is 125 bhp and combined with ride-by-wire controlled throttle valves, agility is enhanced and fuel consumption reduced.

Triumph offers the Tiger Sport in two colors: Jet Black with neon-yellow details or Aluminium Silver with red details.
